Welcome to SeaCoast Ceremonies
Rev. Sonia Turanski, D. Min., is an Interfaith Minister and long-time, year-round resident of the Blue Hill Peninsula. Drawn to the immense natural beauty of coastal Maine, she moved to the town of Penobscot over 25 years ago with her husband and young son. Enjoying all the experiences that this rural life has had to offer, today with joy, Rev. Sonia is basking in the love that has accompanied the arrival of her first grandchild.
An active and valued member of the Peninsula community, Rev. Sonia can be found singing a cappella at a local Open Mic, at a showcase of her paintings or fine jewelry, playing bass in the ukulele band ‘Wild Remedy,’ practicing Aikido, and leading a weekly meditation circle.
With a deep spiritual foundation, Rev. Sonia comes to ceremony motivated by a reverence to share in the touchstone moments that give meaning to our lives. Using an openhearted approach she is honored to be part of these moments, striving to collaborate with each individual, couple, or family in crafting a unique ceremony that reflects each individual’s personal beliefs, and always with love at the center. Wedding Services
Weddings, Elopements, and Vow Renewals
In an effort to provide you with the most meaningful and heartfelt ceremony, I offer my services and fees in a sliding scale format. The basic option is the Love Birds Ceremony for $400. An example of an expansed option the Twin Flame Ceremony for $1100. Services and the fees can be tailored to your needs, and the costs will be reflected in the final program of service. Please note: the location will be of your choice and arrangement, within a 1 hour travel distance from Blue Hill, ME. Further millage, a site secured by SeaCoast Ceremonies, or overnight stay for the Reverend will add additional costs. Please reach out to Sonia to discuss your special vision.
